Most of our breads are fat-free, egg-free and
sugar-free, but with lots of minerals and vitamins of the full
grain.
Most breads you can also order halfbaked.
That means, that the baking process with the
right temperature and the right humidity flashes are already
done in our professional ovens. But we interrupt the baking
process, when the goods are 3/4 done and send them fresh to your
house. You can freeze the bread and the Brötchen and bake them
ready in your normal oven. A mouthwatering smell of fresh baked
bread will fill your kitchen.

instructions.
