Our
bakery offers a variety of
fresh baked German style bread, Broetchen and cake.
We only
use prime ingredients such as rye-and wheat-flour, coarse rye flour,
shredded wheat, spelt, linseed, pumpkin seed, sunflower kernel to
guaranty the absolute best quality. Our recipes are baked with
only the best ingredients such as curd, butter, wheat-flour, almonds,
fresh eggs and cream.

Enjoy our cakes and
tarts in our restaurant or Biergarten with
a cup of coffee or
Friesenhaus Tea. Our cakes and tarts are made from traditional
recipes and include Butterkuchen, Black Forest
Tart and Cheesecakes. All of our bakery items can be
packed up "to-go" for all of your special occasions.
Try our various ice-cream-cups for a
snack or dessert. You can also take a ball of ice-cream to go.
